Forklift Ticket/ License (LF) TLILIC2001A

A fully qualified Forklift instructor will come to you. Your training/assessment can be conducted in our mobile office or in the comfort of your own surroundings. Formal Forklift training and licensing are mandatory requirements set by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland.

Formal training covers all current aspects and legislative requirements of forklift licensing, including the demonstration of essential elements required by the forklift training and assessment instrument .

Once initial training is completed, a log book will be issued to you. You will then be required to complete your log book hours under the supervision of a WPHS photo license holder for the forklift you are training on.

Upon completion of the 40 hours log book requirement and once your supervisor has deemed you competent, the assessor/trainer will return to your work-place and conduct your final assessment. The assessment will include both a written and practical component and will take around 3 hours.

An assessment summery will be then issued by the assessor and a statement of attainment will be posted to your address. Upon receipt of the AS1 form you next need to lodge an application at your local post office. Your licence will be sent to you via Australia post.
